Stress Free Moving

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

When you go to move from one place to another, there is just so much to worry about: transferring mailing addresses, letting everyone know your new place and much more. The last time I moved, I decided to do everything myself. It took me nearly two days to personally load my possessions onto a rental truck to take them to another state. The next time I move, I will hire some movers to do the hard work. Luckily, there is a place online to find helpful moving hints, as well as access to quotes from dependable movers, car shippers, and storage facilities, just to name a few. At home.bulletin.net, you will find tons of relevant information to help your next move become a smooth one. See what you can learn and how much money you could save at home.bulletin.net!

$175,000 For Gorilla Victim

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

When you go to the zoo, you expect the animals to be enclosed and unable to get out and attack you, as that is the advantage of going to the zoo over going to Africa. This wasn’t the case at New England Franklin Park Zoo where a gorilla escaped and caused injuries to a young child, who testified in court. The judge awarded the girl $175,000 and nothing to her mother. The court also found the zoo not liable for the escape and subsequent attacks.

Law Vacation

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

I recently went on vacation in New York. Well, it was more of a business trip, as I had to meet two former clients about a new case that is using their precedent. They wanted to keep their names out of the paper as much as possible to avoid confusion. While not worrying about their needs, I spent time in the lovely New York Bed and Breakfast I got lucky enough to go to.

Outdoor Kitchens

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

There are many complaints in the legal world about carbon monoxide concentrations leading to adverse health effects. While it’s true that carbon monoxide can be lethal, it’s no reason to stop using the stove. If you think there is a gas leak, simply do not use the appliance in question for a while. You could even look into an outdoor kitchen which is gaining popularity.

Supplements

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

I wish that consumers knew the difference between FDA approved medicines and nutritional supplements. Both can give you good health and both can have adverse effects, depending on what it is and the dosage taken. I guess you could say supplements aren’t for a specific health condition and aren’t overly dangerous in any concentration, but can lead to better overall health and virility.

MIT Student Arrested at Logan

Friday, September 21st, 2007

Does anybody remember a few months ago the promotions for the Aqua Teen Hunger Force? There were weird electronic devices displaying a character in LED lights. All the cities effected by the marketing gag took it in stride, all except for Boston. Now, this crazy city has overreacted to a gag once again by arresting an MIT student at gunpoint for wearing a circuit board on her shirt as an art project. What is into these people in Massachusetts? Do they simply have no sense of humor? Maybe if there were any itelligence running through that city and state, we wouldn’t have the laughable commander in chief that we do!
