Government Discussion

With the recent accusations against Senator Vitter, I have become increasingly interested in the public’s interest in the private lives of government figures. It seems the work done in the public eye goes all but ignored, whether its good or bad. No one has even brought up impeachment proceedings against the President for his war debacle, yet they were all over Clinton for his bedroom conduct. Now, we have a senator with skeletons in the closet. Are we really supposed to be surprised or offended, because I am neither.

Winding Down

Ever since Tiger Woods broke on the scene by winning the Nationals a few years back on a dramatic final putt, golf has been back. The sport was once thought of as a method of winding down for retired sports lovers, but now is regarded as a fine and precise sport for all ages to enjoy. Everywhere you look, there is some new Golf Equipment
under construction, such as softer putters, bigger drivers, and tools to help improve the swing.

OTC Medicines

Has anybody else ever noticed just what qualifies as an over the counter medicine here in the United States? Here, you need a prescription to get anything better than aspirin for pain just because narcotics gives a bit of an elevated mood. It isn’t really about safety at all, as aspirin and acetaminophen are toxic to the liver. Also, most supplements go untested by the FDA, filling drug store shelves with supplements like ionamin, weight loss pills, and workout fuels.
