Two Uncommon Charges
A teenager in North Carolina is facing two unusual charges for dropping a football from an airplane at a high school game. Flying well below the 1,000 ft. mandated by the FAA for large crowds and dropping the football netted him “dangerous flying” and “dropping objects at a sporting event” he has been suspended, faces pilot’s license suspension and the misdemeanor charges. I will sleep soundly tonight knowing this “dangerous flier” will not be dropping footballs on my roof.
