Furniture Situation
You can never underestimate the importance of having a nice place to call home. You can lose sight when you are on the road, spending a bunch of time in motels. However, the fact remains that home furniture always seems to be the most comfortable. I remember getting mine for a very low price back when I was in college, and it has lasted me until this day. I love getting my value out of furniture.
