Living on the beach is great for some, but what always kept me away was the
weather. Number one, it’d always be way too hot all year long. Number two, I
was worried about pouring a bunch of money into property for a hurricane to
take it all away. That’s when I thought of NC waterfront property North
Carolina has less hurricane trouble than somewhere like Florida, not to
mention it was typically more mild on the NC Coast.
